eating in a ~300 kcal surplus & going to the gym will get you to actually grow with puberty. most important step in my experience.
get all your needed nutrients, supplementation works focus on d3 + k2, zinc, calcium, magnesium, creatine. a simple multivitamin will help but wont get you everything dosed right so figure out whatll work.
eat a lot of red meat & fish if you cant be bothered with supplements
proper myofunctional habits help to an extent. (chewing hard + breathing through your nose)
even tho youre young try to keep good skin as acne can come in and fuck you up.
hop on when older if bones arent where you want them to be.
and stop doomscrolling and sleep 8hrs+.
