i am hella ND with most people aside from my close friends, and subsequently, because i am sub 5 i get humiliated from almost all people i meet.

worked for me tho although it took years and i have not completely mastered it yet

my advice would be to attempt to ascend as hard as possible its an easier than masking your autism
you've stated in a previous post you were obese so you could ascend relatively easy it will probably have a larger impact on your life than just masking nt
