Hello guys, in this guide ill be talking about how to mog everyone when you walk into a room, lets get into it.
HEIGHT
Your mere presence in a room is decided by your height, the more taller you are the more you are dominant in that room or noticed. Now for height there is really nothing you can do but no matter how tall you are it is mandatory to atleast fraud 2-2.5 inches of height with boosters or socks,etc. If youre in puberty I would recommend merely a good diet consisting of 1-1.5l milk daily, meats, etc.
Don't fall for the bullshit of masai jumps, sprinting, etc. Don't workout until you are 15/16 to maximise your height gains.
FRAME
Frame is how wide you are, the wider the more dominant you are, more respect among your fellows etc. Now do maximise frame you have to build shoulders or js be born with good width. Now for this to work you need to have
1.not narrow clavicles
2.wide waist
You just have to do the basics, lateral raises, bent lateral raises,reeves deadhangs, shoulder press,etc.
HAIR
You will obviously need long hair, longer hair suits anyone whos mtn atleast and it differs you from the normies who have fades or short military slave haircuts. Longer hair is always better. Also thicker eyebrows are very important it adds to dimorphism presenting you as more of a fucking male than female which we know why thats important.

Now on how to grow hair and eyebrows is the following,
For hair you just don't gotta cut it obviously, use minoxodil, do inversion therapy which i believe works, it basically sends blood to the hair follicles and that helps grow it, you gotta do it dialy 2 minutes. Also no shower method for better texture.
For eyebrows you can use minoxodil but if you want quick help/fix, use dye/kohl on them and style it however you want straight,arched,whtever. It stays on for some days and you just gotta do it again and again.
This makes you appear more striking in a room.
SKIN
Now for skin first off you need a good diet, no goyslop or shit like that. Second if you have acne you have to hop on tretinoin, what it does is it basically speeds up skin cell turnover, which simply means it peels off your old shit skin and brings in the good one underneath it, it has side effects like redness,peeling,flakes,etc and you do gotta put on sunscreen when on it cuz the new skin is sensitive to the sun rays. If youre dark or have dirty tan you need to hop on hydroquinone, what it does is it treats hyperpigmentation by inhibiting tyrosinase which is responsible for producing melanin, reduces dark spots, acne marks,etc. Theres also one called hydroquin which is mixed with tretinoin and a strong steroid which reduces effect of tretinoin, this will fix your skin and make you glow.
Glowing skin will obviously make you stand out in a room.
Also don't use hydroquinone for more than 4 weeks and do your own research about it and side effects if you want to get on it.
VOICE
Voice helps by helping you sound more masculine/serious, when you talk, the deeper the better, and people will listen and it creates an intimadating vibe from you.
Voice is an underrated infrequently talked about trait that is a major component of perceived charisma, dominance and significant for sexual attraction and perceived "personality". Unfortunately you're limited by your hormonal profile and vocal chord thickness as to how you sound but you can make some changes to improve how you sound.
People like Daniel Creg, Rowan Atkison, etc sound captivating to listen to and seem more attractive when you watch their interviews not because of their face but also their voice.
Lower voices are more attractive and dominant and a study showed 96Hz is ideal but anything deep is good.
Now to deepen voice, first you should hop on testosterone or steroids, many people get deeper voice after few cycles.
Strenghtening your neck muscles also can help deepen your voice, the more strong it is the more relaxed your voice will be which will obviously be more deeper. For this just do neck curls.
Drink more water, this is self explanatory.
CLOTHES
When your better dressed or dressed dapper, people will respect you more, listen to you, etc. You dont have to wear a suit just some good clean clothes so people know youre taking care of yourself atleast.
