Work on your sleep, diet and exercise.
Enviornment
Try to take care of things that are making you feel down. I know it’s not possible for some people because of bad environments and where you come from. But at least attempt too. Getting into a hobby like playing sports is good it helped me a lot and cleaning your room and your clothes and getting a haircut.

If you’re struggling with mental health. Talking to a therapist can really benefit you even if your not sure just do it bro and if you end up getting on a antidepressant get off them soon and don’t depend on them for the rest of your life
