This is going to be a short thread since it’s a pretty simple concept, this isn’t a magical method but will ensure proper growth pathway signaling and this is theoretical,so it’s created and used by me before anyone calls me a dumbass and there’s something deeper into why this dosen’t work
What you need: Your fast acting compound and L-Leucine.
Specific timing:
1. Consume Leucine, powder and supplement form is simply ideal. (Animal protein by itself too basic)
2. Wait 1 hour for the full dose to be digested and absorbed
3. Pin your compound after that hour
Simply to put in detail,Leucine is known to stimulate mTOR most potently out of most amino acids and once mTOR is triggered the GH that yiu just pinned for example has a clear pathway for it to completely support cell division. You want to be flooding pathways with the exogenous hormones you just pinned, one way is to sort of “canalize” them into the specific goal.
Does this give an edge? From logical thought it would make anabolic processes more efficient
Is it truly worth it? Not really,It’s not a must and I’m not saying “your GH pin is wasted if you do this” .
