i need to bulk up and it is difficult for me to even hit my maintanence or be in a slight surplus, maintanence is around 2600kcal and i wanna start hitting 3k, the problem is when i come back from skl at 3 pm i usually sleep and sleep till 6 or 8 pm(latest) which leaves no time for me to eat food, use it as a cutting hack if u want, but are there any supplements or trickts to increase appetite to eat a lot in less time
