the hyoid is different from those bones, its different from every other bone in the body so you cant aply the same logic to it, it is not conected to any other bone , its conected onnly to muscles and ligaments, im not saying that it means that you can change this because of this, im saying that if theres a reason that you cant change it it would be a different reason from which you cant change the other bones

Puberty is the only way, when u are 14 to increase ramus,when i was like 13 i was very recessed and had no ramus visibility now im almost 15 ramus looks nice and im not the same recessed little boy that i was

There is not a single way for your hyoid to be gone completely, only mewing 24/7 can reduce the visibility. Facial exercises such as facing your neck towards the ceiling and move your lower jaw to and fro. Don't over do it as you may get tmj issues, and slightly massage your masseters after the excercise
