First of all why is sleep important

Sleeping is when your body and brain repair and re energize, you also regulate hormones like hgh which when in development is crucial.

This is a image depicting how people age faster when sleeping less/worse.

This is evidence that sleep is undeniably one of the most important habits for health looks etc…

what is the most ideal amount of sleep per night?

. 8-10 hours is ideal but you want to be aiming for 10+ for optimal sleep.

What time should you go to sleep?

If you are employed or a student go to sleep at a hour where you will be able to get around 10 hrs of sleep so if you need to wake up at 7 then go to sleep at 9-10 pm etc…

Conditions

Your room should be cold (60-67F or 15-18C) so leave your window open before going to sleep. This helps your sleep because it promotes deeper sleep by promoting melatonin and improves metabolism.

If you sleep with your mouth open buy mouth tape pretty simple.

Shower at night before you go to sleep

Studies show taking a hot shower before sleep is beneficial because it lowers cortisol and raises internal body temperature which makes the process of falling to sleep easier. It is also good for time because you won’t need to shower in the morning.

Supplementation

If you have insomnia you can supplement melatonin 1 hour before you go to sleep this is the natural hormone your brain produces that makes you tired. Also supplement magnesium glycinate which is shown to calm the nervous systems. Do not use caffeine after 1pm because it lingers in your system inhibiting your brain from resting.

Blue light

Blue light is harmful for sleep because it suppresses melatonin. If you have a iPhone there is a setting called “nightshift” which reduces blue light from your phone screen.

Hopefully this thread helps you with your sleep

Caffine only has a 6 hour half life,
Gooning helps as it relates prolactin when you finish thus calming your system and making you sleepy.

Using HGH, or GHRP helps alot as it makes Deep REM sleep even better which is the most benificial part about sleep and how you get the most benifits from it.

Also you should add that trying not to consume carbs or high sugar snacks before bed can actually help alot as well and it is usually more recommended to not eat 2 hour before bed.
