So what you will do for your skin is going to depend on your situation.But I don't quite understand? Are you asking if there is steroids that are good for the skin or are you asking for a protocol? So yeah, deca is better for the skin because of its anabolic to androgenic ratio which is 125/37. But if you want flawless skin, you will need certain rc or some use of pharmacology on that topic to receive the result you want.Deca even tho it is milder is not going to make youre collagen or elastin certainly better.
