It depends on the post count.
Genuine users usually have a sub-1:1 ratio until about 2,000 posts in an active forum.
After that, it can increase to around 1.5 or more, especially when friends regularly rep their posts.
Any genuine user who is not an NPC rep-farmer will have a sub-1:1 ratio for a while, unless they stick writing long threads and don't interact with others' posts.
Bot accounts tend to give mass reputation to everyone, resulting in some people repping them back and a 1:1 or higher ratio.
Sometimes people like Kurdish_slayer and Zynx mass upvote others and usually carry a p/r ratio of grays.
