The circadian rythm is your body clock that tells you when to feel awake, tired, when to release a hormone or when to stop releasing it, even when your skin repairs itself. Its sycns things like sleep, energy, digestion and mood with the cylcr of light and darkness. To maxx all those things up, your circadian rythm MUST be aligned.
When you wake up, the first thing that you need to do is getting real sunlight in your eyes for like, 10 minutes, because it tells your brain to fix the levels of cortisol, gives you more focus and helps melatonin work better at night.
In the afternoon, when the sun is going down, a bit of light would make your body calm down so you fall asleep easier.
At night you gotta keep things dark bc very bright lights can kill by 90% of your melatonin levels and that shits on your sleep quality and skin repair. Focus on sleeping and waking up at the same time more than hitting a fix number of sleep hours.
Dont drink coffe after 14:00, dont do intense trains late and dont eat late, at least 1-2 hours before you go to sleep.
All this stuff is important because your circadian rhythm controls the timing of hormones that affect how you feel, how you recover, and how you look.

i hope it helps guys

Also supplement magnesium glycinate before bed, use 100% cotton sheets, cholesterol (like 4-5 eggs) 30min before bed, use a firmer mattress to help lymphatic system & recovery, sleep naked, sleep in 60-65F temp room, ground when you wake up, no phone for 30min after you wake up, electrolytes before and after sleep.
