I'm making this guide because suicide letters seem pretty common on the forum and I love everyone here and want the best for all of you

there are 3 stages of suicidal thoughts
stage 1: the first stage of being suicidal is were the fear of death still out weights the wish to be gone. people in this stage will have "dark thoughts" like believing the world would be better without them or will think about death frequently *note: this stage is the easiest to overcome
stage 2: in this stage the person will start to plan there suicide out and they have already excepted death. in this stage the person may start to verbalise there discomfort whether in person or online. once someone has entered this stage it is noticeable that there is something wrong. most people making suicide threads here are in this stage (hope you get better )
stage 3: this is when the act of suicide takes place and there is no return, don't think i need to say anymore for this stage

for the most part when people want to commit suicide it is because, of large stressors in there life. Things like the loss of close family, large dept, chronic pain, relationship troubles, but most commonly himation or long-lasting bullying or harassment are primary causes for suicide

i'll only talk on high-risk signs as i believe they are the only important one to look out for
some obvious ones will be the person talking about their own death alongside them planning the own death. then we have topics like self-harm and isolation which are linked to suicidal tenderises but are not a 100% sign like the last 2

not all therapy's will work for everyone its important you find what works for you to really get the most out of therapy

1. sun exposer: being in the sun will give off serotonin, help us absorb vitamin d, and regluate stress
2.diet: i feel it is common knowledge that our gut health influences our mood heavily, eating fermented or "high" meat will greatly improve you gut microbiome
3. exercise: though not important itself starting a gym arc or picking up running can give you a goal in life that can give you what is needed to keep living a lot of gymbro's only have the gym holding them tougher

medication is a last resort in my opinion
anti-depressants will help you stop being suicidal though can stop ejaculation from happening and may cause dependency's
anti-depressants may take a while to kick in and they aren't magic meaning you will need to do other forms of improvement along with the medication

whether you believe it or not there are people that while care like your family friends and classmates/co-workers even the people that make fun of you will be sad if you die
if you are under 30 there is also no logical reason you should attempt as you still are in the prime of your life and it is the easiest stage of life to have large improvements in looks or business
