So I just started HGH since my plates are open, started on 4IUs and will titrate up to 8. I’m titrating up 2IUs per month and once I’m at 8IUs how long can I stay on before lowering dose or having to hop off? Fyi I’m using retatrutide, berberine, and citrus bergamot to counter the insulin shit.
