"Manibukar expanders" reading this made me wanna kms THE MANDIBLE DOESNT HAVE SUTURE only thing u can do is surgically make one and then get one installed under anesthesia its called a DAME(distraction osteogenesis is the overall term for bone things to expand and shiet with surgery) falls into the category of SARPE
