I don't mean peptides, although I know some might help (i.e GH or IGF-1), but let's say in this situation I can't currently get those YET, I'm working on getting them. what are some ways I can actually boost bonemass naturally as a teenager (other than good sleep, you couldn't be more obvious, captain obvious), no matter how outrageous they may sound and even if they only help slightly, I just wanna boost my growth as much as I can before I get my first cycle. I've seen too many tik tok and org "guides" bullshit generated by chat gpt about this shit. Just a little piece of human info is all I ask.
