There is a study that looks at how Flurbiprofen, a common anti-inflammatory drug, affects bone growth in young rats. Although these drugs are usually used for pain and inflammation, the researchers wanted to see if they also influence how bones grow and develop.

The results showed that certain doses of flurbiprofen increased both the length and thickness of bones. Growth plate activity and bone formation on the outer surface also increased, leading to faster overall bone growth. At the same time, there was a major decrease in osteoclasts (cells that break down bone), while osteoblasts (cells that build bone) were only slightly reduced. This created a situation where less bone was being removed than formed.Because of this imbalance, the rats developed denser bones, with increases in both compact (cortical) and spongy (cancellous) bone. This happened mainly because bone breakdown was reduced, not because bone formation dramatically increased.

This substance is found in many household medicines including strepfen a drug that is anti inflammatory and is used for sore throat.

I believe that this whould pair amazingly with Pth analogs since the flubiprofen reduces osteoclast activity =less bone breakdown
and Pth analogs like teriparatide or abalo increase bone formation so the new bone formed wont breakdown. Personally im gonna use teri and see if it pairs well and if i notice any difference i will note it
