IN MY OPINION,
you supplement T4 (levothyroxine) to provide the raw substrate for the gh to utilise
dosage: 75mcg to 100mcg of t4 per day is the standard metabolic support range.
timing: take it first thing in the morning on a completely empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before food or other compounds (especially calcium or iron) as they block absorption
the goal: you want to keep free T4 in the mid to high normal range. the gh will naturally convert this extra T4 into supraphysiological levels of free T3, maximizing fat burning and anabolism without the instability of taking T3 directly but dyor before taking anything
