will run 300-400mg soon, wondering how often I should pin

once weekly? twice?

also im guessing I should pin it in my glutes, do I need to rotate injection sites?

Jus do math depending on the ester but usually more frequent pins is better due to ur hormones being stable and change injection site if ur pinning more often to reduce scar tissue
