not professionel advice but change some exercises that you dont like into some exercises that you enjoy doesnt matter if its optimal or not it really helps you enjoy more and also personally going to extreme failure on some exercises like preacher curls makes me feel really good you can try something like that

That's to much all u need to do is
2 for chest (one for upper and lower chest)
2 for shoulders (rear delt and lateral delt)
2 for triceps (long head and lateral head)
2 for back (upper back and lats)
2 for biceps ( any type of curl that targets the bicep and any tipe of curl that targets more of the brachislis)

there are three different delt muscles u forgot the front
the same with tricep u forgot the medial head
the back are three muscles u need to target which is lats, middle and lower
same with bicep 3 muscle groups, brachialis, long head and short head

in my opinion you'll be over training the muscle if you try to target everything, for example if your doing a exercise that hits the long head of the bicep your still going to be using alot of the short head

yh probably bro, overtraining the muscle is better then not even training muscle if u were to ask me
