About a year ago i was 94kg, fat as hell. In just 2 months of consistent cardio i weighed down to 76kg. But after that i started gaining weight more easily, even with very long exercises, which made me fatigued and got me into skipping school, i was so fatigued one day that i literally could not move and would get physical hallucinations of falling. Shortly after that day, i was able to feel much batter again, i also started see a pattern in which i would lose a good amount of stomach fat from just a couple 30 to 40 minutes of walking. after losing some amount of weight, i would gain back that weight again, over and over again. I really don't know what to do, i tried balancing my diet but i always ended up more tired the further i continue my schedule, which again, i get a boost of energy and my metabolism increases, until the opposite happens again.
