I’ve been cutting for an around a month , and i still don’t have abs, im eating around 1200 calories and working out most days.
I’m 52.8kg and 5’4 at 16

What could help apart from performance enhancing drugs. I just need to lose a kilogram or 2. But have made almost no progress the last 2 weeks

I also already struggle to eat less and have less energy
