Or js make friends with the smart kids and let them help u and for the last one you could js study all night and keep reminding urself how u feel iand whats going to happen if u dont lock inhow the fuck does that even happenTs happened to me in one of my exam, when I was inside the hall I was feeling weird and stress then after few moment I passed out after that incident I've never had any issue with pressure , stress and anything I am immune to it now.
What you should be doing rn is focus on main topics from each chapter don't cover up everything, after covering whole main topic if u have spare time u can go for the others if u think u can

It gives you steps, Flashcards, and if you can make it into a pdf and send it to Knowt then it makes questions or helps you review them.
