Ur nose isn't even bad bro. If u have blackheads, whiteheads or sebaceous filaments it can inflame the tip and make it look bigger. Accutane helps a lot by shrinking the pores and reducing that inflammation. U can also use hydrocortisone 3x a week for 3-4 weeks then take 2 weeks off. It thins the skin a little but it works really well
