Good sleep 8h ish, intense workouts , don't be fat cuz it suppresses gh , and eat good food ig+genetics lol

Good sleep is law, so try to optimise it.

You need to keep insulin levels as low as possible.
Cut eating sugar or high-carb meals (which spike insulin) and cut late night eating, it can significantly reduce natural HGH release, especially during sleep. (Late-night meals → insulin ↑ → HGH ↓)
