genetics, they might release more ghrelin then the normal person and they might have leptin resistance including plethora of other comorbidities that contribute to them not being able to lose weight. Metabolic failure etc.
I used to think I wish I was fat so I could cut and be big since its easier to lose fat than it is to build muscle becuase I was skinny. But when I found out how some fat people will still look like trash, I'd rather be skinny and just build. Some of these dudes will take reta and gear and still look bad when skinny.
Ideally would want an FFMi of 23-24+ to be in the genetic outlier range but whatever.
