I’ve noticed that my lower jaw seems extremely recessed, and since Im still going through puberty, Im wondering if there’s a way to improve mandibular recession while my jaw is still developing. I’ve seen a lot about braces, functional appliances, tongue posture, and exercises, but I’m not sure what actually works.
