How can I mewing while sleeping, and what is the correct sleeping position?

I personally just got used to mewing so that im always meqing so try to mew and dont think about it and it will naturally just happend while your sleeping
If u can't do it while sleeping you can buy a mouth tape which makes breathing only w/ nose.
your tounge is meant to rest on the roof of your mouth its not technique if you cant naturally do it then it definetly means you have structual issue like tounge tie(rare) its mostly gonna be a narrow palate and not forward grown enough palate
