My lips are small not full and not wide. I plan on getting botox soon for my upper lip and maybe my lower lip to be more full. Besides obvious shi like chapstick what can i do. I’ve heard of mouth cutting where you take a razor to the side of your mouth is that worth it?

it’s a serum i don’t see how it can build fat cells inside the skin without at least being injected

there are not even biopsies or any type of scan or lasting subq volume of fat cells or anything at all, there was only 1 study ever peformed.
