I know my mandible and maxilla are recessed. I’m in the process of getting this properly assessed and treated, starting with a consultation with an orthodontist in London. The likely plan is MARPE and reverse headgear, followed by orthognathic surgery to correct the jaw alignment. I’m also due to have a septoplasty for a deviated septum, although I don’t have a confirmed date yet due to NHS waiting times.

Is there anything else I should be considering, or do you think these are the main issues contributing to what I’m noticing?

get rhino done w/ your septoplasty, no point in doing them separately

Main flaws imo are uee, narrow jaw and recessed infras, train your masseters bro you have outward gonions also send side profile pic cuz you don’t look too recessed from the front
