I've recently been looking into getting a high/quadrangular lefort 1 instead of a standard one for bimax (mainly due to the ability to influence the paranasal area and perhaps move some of the piriform aperture for a better result facial depth wise, so I dont end up "dogmaxxed" like some do from standard lf1) and was wondering if anyone on here had any experience with the procedure/reputable surgeon recommendations - little info is available online about this variation.
Some people on .org have been mentioning a lefort 2 to fully maximise anterior facial depth, but if I'm being honest its probably not a realistic option in non syndrome cases. Thus, it seems to me that this is the next best option, especially considering how "stuck on" some implants (paranasal, infraorbital etc) can look when trying to enhance upper midface projection and anterior facial depth as a whole.
So, if anyone has done this or is in the process of doing so, please shed some light on it, and if anyone has any better alternatives to suggest please do so.
