I have extremely high inhib, pretty sure i’m an undiagnosed autist (obv not 100% sure) but what should i do about it are beta blockers the best option?

really though i took some public speaking classes and just went to work regularly and it resolved itself, i have 0 friends but im not even high inhib anymore

just taking Alprazolam or some other drug to fixx anxiety/adhd or something coupled with exposure therapy will do wonders
it's just the fear of social incompetence that makes you suffer

Not lazy, I never said I wasn’t outside trying my best to speak with ppl. I have been able too make alot of friends overtime it’s just the high inhib that makes the convos difficult asf and makes me overly aware of everything.
But ima try those public speaking classes you mentioned that’ll prolly help alot.

I don't think public-speaking will do much if your goal is to get better at daily interactions & you already interact with people
Alprazolam can have extremely negative effects if your aren’t very cautious and calculated with how you use it. Stick to something milder, or just try public speaking and other cognitive enhancement/anxiety reducing substances.
Just go abt your life and be more open, talk to more people everyday and get rid of your fear of rejection slowly but surely it will help a lot trust me. It comes with age too. Trust me man I know how it can feel
