Test is better after your growth plates close but honestly i would recommend combining the two if u can afford it

your growth plates are probably closed, so i don't know wtf you are planning to achieve on hgh, test is super cheap, and at 19, if u are not doing test, wtf are you doing?, no brainer, go for test.
