My face is kinda bloated even tho i have a 12% bf. I drink 4+ liters of water, eat less than 500mg of sodium, and usually eat 1g of potassium a day

Probably bones or ur buccal fat pads may be big

Diuretics help a lot though, they helped me a TON in my case since my face tends to hold a lot of water no matter what. Literally looks like i cut several pounds of weight lol. So it could be water retention as well

i was thinking it probably was my buccal fat and buccal tissue, cuz i have like, big cheeks, i dont think that diuretics will solve this issue

I mean u can try fat dissolvers then since it’s the only solution that won’t cost u thousands

I mean 90% of the time it is a problem with bone, so it could just be that as I said. Have u measured ur bizygomatic width before? Like even I always had some hollowing anyways despite having water and some fat just because of how wide my bizygo is. It’s not very common for this to happen just because ur cheeks are too full lol

Maybe you're swallowing wrong? Instead if using your tongue to swallow you maybe are using your cheeks?
