THE ABSOLUTE EPITOME OF HEIGHTMAXXING: EVERYTHING WE KNOW AND HOW TO APPLY IT

PREFACE:

HEIGHTMAXXING has been ever more popular in recent years, and there are many who have succeeded. Yet there are still many unanswered questions, and I am yet to see a guide like this one that includes every single little thing that has been proven to cause the slightest amount of growth in one place. This is what this guide was set out to achieve, to include everything I have found on the internet through countless hours of research and scouring. This guide is highly detailed and organized. Treat it as your “Height Bible”. To further preface, this will be an apprehensible, understandable, simple yet detailed guide on how to grow in vertical length before and potentially AFTER puberty. (key word “potentially”) Please feel free to research anything you find skeptical, and get back to me on contrary evidence. Thank you, and enjoy.

⚠️DISCLAIMER⚠️:

In no way am I responsible for any damage done by following methods in this guide. You should always do your research and approach with caution, as everyone’s body responds differently to certain factors. There is no guarantee for results. Make sure if you do proceed to check for any underlying health effects or potential allergies. THIS GUIDE IS MADE STRICTLY FOR MEN!

1. INTRODUCTION

There are a few things that need to be addressed before you even begin to start Heightmaxxing. You first need to get a physical exam done by your doctor to assess your general health. You will need to get your bloodwork as well, and also get an X-ray on your plates to check their state. You will also need quite a bit of money. All in all, a completed Heightmaxx stack will run you around $15,000 when it is all said and done. But you can still achieve results as little as $2,4000 per year. It is important to source your compounds from reliable sources, and stay consistent with your routine. Do not expect crazy growth at a below crazy price. Even those who will pay 15k might not get the results they strived for. Height is still a heavily debated and researched topic that is not fully understood. But I can guarantee you if you have open plates, HGH will make you taller.

1a. Underlying Health Concerns

There are 3 main diseases that hinder growth. They are hypo/hyperthyroidism, osteoporosis, and hypogonadism.

Hypo/hyperthyroidism: Hypothyroidism is a disease in which the thyroid gland cannot produce enough thyroid hormone, leading to reduced T3 and T4 levels in the body. These hormones are absolutely necessary for not only height, but metabolism, mood, temperature, etc. They are necessary for basic survival. Symptoms include weight gain, feeling cold frequently, fatigue, depression, low libido. The thyroid needs to function optimally so that not only you survive, but so it can do its job in Heightmaxxing, which is increasing GH and androgens in the body, and also keeping away fat that can hinder growth. Hyperthyroidism is an overactive thyroid. This is actually great for height at first, but it’s not only dangerous, but also short-lived, as your bones mature earlier and your plates fuse. Side effects include anxiety, sensitivity to heat, excess sweating and high blood pressure. Get assessed for both of these, especially if the symptoms apply to you.

Osteoporosis: Osteoporosis is a condition in which bones become brittle due to them breaking down faster than the body can replace them. Those with osteoporosis have degenerative bone health over time, and this is dangerous, especially in young people. Symptoms include back pain, frequent bone injuries, and loss in stature. The insidious thing is, osteoporosis has little to no early symptoms, and you will only feel them once your bones are brittle. If you are very young, do not fret about this. Even if you have it, it is in its very early stages, and can be reversed simply by supplementing with vitamins, especially calcium, D, and K2.

Hypogonadism (men): Hypogonadism is a condition where the testicles do not function properly, usually due to an issue in the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular-Axis, or a physical issue like a varicocele. The HPTA is what makes testosterone and other androgens. If there is an issue with it, luteinizing and follicle stimulating hormones cannot reach the leydig cells in the testes, which decreases testosterone. If the HPTA is ok, hypogonadism is still possible due to a varicocele. A varicocele is when blood pools in a gonadal vein in the scrotum. This causes poor blood flow to the testes and excess heat in the testes, both of which are detrimental to testosterone production. You can usually tell if you have a varicocele, but don’t worry. They are common in puberty and go away most of the time and have no real side effects. Still, get evaluated for hypogonadism.

Other health concerns: Make sure your family does not have an extensive history of cancer or cardiovascular issues. Look for signs of silent inflammation, such as frequent coughs/colds, joint stiffness, migraines, low mood, digestive problems and fatigue. Take antiparasitic supplements as directed to be safe. Take a blood test and look for inflammatory markers, such as an increased CRP and interleukin-6 value. An increased fibrinogen level and low hemoglobin level also shows inflammation.

1b. Bloodwork

It is absolutely essential and non-negotiable to monitor your blood markers if you Heightmaxx. They are the true indicators of what you need and how your journey is going. It is absolutely crucial you get the LC-MS-MS test, as it is the most accurate blood test out there. This is what you will need to measure:

Hormone Levels:

Estrogen (every month)

Testosterone

Free testosterone

DHT (Dihydrotestosterone)

SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin)

Estrone (every month)

25-hydroxy vitamin D (most important and obligatory - every month)

DHEA & DHEA-S (every month)

IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) - once a month

Blood Cell Counts:

Hematocrit (important and obligatory - every month)

WBCs (White Blood Cells) - every 3 months

RBCs (Red Blood Cells) - every 3 months

Platelets - every 3 months

Metabolic Markers:

Blood creatine - every 2-3 months

Lipid profile - every 2-3 months

Triglyceride levels, HDL (High-Density Lipids) LDL (Low-Density Lipids)

Bone Health: (every 3-4 months, not more than that)

Osteocalcin

Alkaline Phosphatase

Liver Function:

Bilirubin - every 2-3 months

AST (Aspartate transaminase) - every 2 months

GGT (Gamma-glutamyltransferase) - every 2 months

ALT (Alanine transaminase) - every 2 months

Inexpensive LC-MS-MS blood tests here.

1c. State of Epiphyseal Plates

This is the most important part of Heightmaxxing, as the state of your plates are what tells you what you will need to do, and without knowing if your plates are open, you might give yourself acromegaly, an enlarged heart, diabetes, or cancer. Get a musculoskeletal X-ray and have a doctor examine it and tell you your bone age. If your plates are closed, only follow the methods in chapter 3, chapter 6, chapter 8 and chapter 9.

1d. Hormones That Dictate Height

This is the most important sub-chapter in this guide. The following hormones are what are responsible for your adult height, and they must be manipulated as directed to achieve optimal results. Here they are;

  1. Human Growth Hormone
HGH is the most important hormone when it comes to growth. HGH primarily acts on your epiphyseal plates. These plates when open are made of cartilage, and HGH stimulates their growth. HGH promotes the synthesis of new chondrocytes. Chondrocytes are what primarily compose the cartilage in your body and plates. HGH stimulates your body to multiply these cells, especially in the plates. This is why people with acromegaly are not only tall, but have big ears and noses. Because HGH multiplies your chondrocytes, your plates become not only thicker, but stronger, leading to increased vertical length in the bone. HGH also indirectly stimulates this cartilage by promoting collagen and proteoglycan production, which are essential for the structural integrity of your cartilage and especially bones. HGH also stimulates another hormone on this list which is IGF-1. HGH binds to certain receptors in the liver called hepatocytes. By doing so, this activates a pathway intracellularly that promotes IGF-1 secretion. HGH also increases the breakdown of fats, leading to less estrogen, which is another crucial hormone for height. HGH also increases androgens and thyroid hormone production. Lastly, HGH stimulates osteoblasts, keeping bones from breaking down and strengthening them. This is arguably the most important hormone for height. I say arguably because the next hormone might be more important.

  1. Estradiol
Estrogen, but specifically estradiol, is directly responsible for plate closure. But estradiol does have positive effects on height also. Estradiol also proliferates chondrocyte cells, increasing height. Estradiol also strengthens your bones by stimulating osteoblasts. It also increases IGF-1 production. But this is where the positives stop. Estradiol is directly responsible for the closure of growth plates, and the cessation of puberty. Estradiol matures the chondrocyte cells, which directly turns them into bone, closing your growth plates. Other hormones that influence estradiol should also be considered, but in the end, estradiol itself is what needs to be controlled in order to maintain open plates.

  1. IGF-1
IGF-1 mechanisms of action are exactly the same as HGH when it comes to height. It increases chondrocytes and osteoblasts, thus leading to increased height. Think of it as HGH Jr.

  1. Thyroid Hormones (T3 & T4)
T3 and T4 are hormones made by the thyroid gland. The active one that actually impacts height is T3, but T4 is what the thyroid gland makes the most of, and is what actually converts into T3. Thyroid hormones increase metabolism, making sure the body keeps up with growth and caloric demands. Thyroid hormones also increase chondrocytes in the epiphyseal plates. Thyroid hormones also make minerals and vitamins absorb more easily and increase their bioavailability. Thyroid hormones also increase IGF-1. But what makes thyroid hormones even better is that they make GH receptors more sensitive to HGH, leading to better results from HGH. Thyroid hormones are the supporters of every hormone on this list, making them crucial.

  1. Testosterone
Testosterone is another hormone that has good and bad effects on height. Testosterone’s benefits on height are that it increases IGF-1, increases chondrocytes, promotes leadership mindset, increases bone density, and contributes to growth spurts. The negative impact it has is only one, but is crucial. It is the fact that testosterone aromatizes into estrogen, leading to the closure of growth plates. This is why testosterone must be handled delicately in this process.

  1. Parathyroid Hormone (PTH)
PTH is responsible for most of the calcium levels in your blood and your bone metabolism. PTH stimulates vitamin D to turn into calcitriol, which vastly increases calcium in your blood and bones. PTH also increases osteoclasts, which actually breaks down bones. But this is all in your favor, as this is done to increase the bone size and density via remodeling. PTH also increases chondrocytes. But what is the most interesting is that PTH is involved in Wolff’s Law, because when bones are overloaded, PTH is what remodels them and grows them.

  1. Cortisol
Long-term elevated cortisol levels are the most detrimental to height, as it has so many negative effects. First off, cortisol inhibits HGH production and makes GH receptors less sensitive, making HGH less effective. And it does the exact same thing to IGF-1. Cortisol also impairs chondrocyte multiplication, and increases osteoclasts. But worst of all, cortisol disrupts sleep, leading to reduced hormone production overall.

Almost every hormone has some impact on height, but these seven are the most impactful and have mostly direct effects on height. Whenever something in this guide will show you how to manage one of these hormones, it will tell you. (e.g. the sleep section will repeatedly tell you how sleep increases androgens and GH)

1e. Funds Needed and How to Acquire Them

Here is a list of the things you will need to maximize your height potential and their price for a one year supply.

HGH-$2,200 at 5IUs daily

IGF-1 LR3-$550 at 20mcg daily

Aromasin-$500 at 12.5mg daily (for some people it is less)

Testosterone-$1500 at 200mg weekly

Enclomiphene-$1200 at 12.5mg daily

HCG-$800 at 3000IUs weekly

CJC 1295-$2000 at 50mcg daily

Hexarelin-$2000 at 50mcg daily

MK-677-$550 at 20mg daily

END COST PER YEAR~$11000

Get a job. Don’t say you don’t have enough time, that is not true. Check your daily screen time on your phone and hours on steam, and unless they are 0, you can get a job. Make sure it is an optimal one, one near you but also one with good pay. Do something that you don’t mind, and something that isn’t stressful. You can ring people up at Stop & Shop. You can bus tables at a restaurant. You can work at DQ. There are many jobs that will be able to fund your Heightmaxx journey. Obtaining the actual crypto need though is a little tricky, but there are workarounds.

HOW TO BUY CRYPTO NO KYC
KYC is “Know Your Customer” and is a protocol that usually requires strict identity verification. This is needed for crypto to prevent underage purchases, money laundering, and also just a form of population control. I am yet to find a reliable way to purchase crypto with a prepaid/gift card, but I have found ways to reliably purchase with a debit card.

BITPAY METHOD:

Step 1: Download BitPay and make an account with them. Take a screenshot of the 12 words they give you. This is your recovery phrase you might need.

Step 2: Press “Buy” and input the amount you want.

Step 3: Choose the MoonPay option, as it is the best one I know for buying with a debit card. Feel free to try a prepaid card with the other services offered, but I haven’t had any luck.

Step 4: They will charge your card a small amount and you need to check how much they will ask you. This is standard verification.

Step 5: Complete the transaction with MoonPay. As I write this, they do not require SSN or documentation, just the name and address associated with the card.

The crypto should hit your account within 5 minutes, but it could take longer. You can now send to whoever you want. THIS ONLY WORKS TWICE ON ONE DEVICE!

2. SLEEP

Sleep is the most important factor for anyone’s looks. Your skin, youth, longevity, height, organs, and bones need it. If you will not take sleep seriously, this guide is not for you at all. Only once sleep is added may other protocols start to work. This chapter is extremely important.

2a. How Sleep Impacts Height

Sleep is a fundamental need for survival. This is because of the processes that occur in sleep. The ones we are focused on are its effects on longitudinal growth.

  • Sleep is when a majority of your hormones are created
  • Sleep allows to body to regenerate and fix injuries
  • Sleep is when the pituitary releases the most amounts of GH
  • Sleep allows the spine to decompress
  • Sleep reduces cortisol

7. Drugs/Supplements

7c. What Drugs Increase Height

These are what are the most important for your height by far. These drugs will allow you to alter and manipulate your hormones so that your height can be decided. These drugs have their best effect when plates are still open, and can do more harm than good if dosed after puberty. These drugs are the foundation of your heightmaxxing, so this section is extremely important.

HGH (Human Growth Hormone, Somatotropin)-Exogenous HGH is the most important drug for your journey, as it is literally the dictator of height. We specifically want HGH 191aa, which is a specific type that is as close to the natural hormone inside of you. So specifically HGH 191aa is what will increase height the best.

Aromatase Inhibitors (Exemestane, Letrozole, Anastrozole)-Aromatase inhibitors are a class of drugs that specifically target the aromatase enzyme. The aromatase enzyme is responsible for converting androgens into estrogens. This process is useful for men as they cannot directly produce their own estrogen. But as we discussed, estrogens like estradiol are responsible for the maturation of plates and the cessation of puberty altogether. Aromatase inhibitors, as their name suggests, inhibit the aromatase enzyme by binding to it. By binding to it, they don’t allow androgens to, thus reducing estrogen dramatically. There are 3 main types, and there is a best and worst. Anastrozole is by far the worst, but isn’t terrible. Anastrozole lowers estrogen in men by around 50-60% when dosed at 1mg a day. Anatrozole does not permanently bind to the aromatase enzyme, meaning when it completely clears from the body, estrogen rebound is moderately likely. Letrozole is a very strong aromatase inhibitor, reducing estrogen by up to 80%. But just like anastrozole, it isn’t permanent, and because of how strong it is, it has a very high chance of estrogen rebound when dosing is stopped. The best aromatase inhibitor is Exemestane, because Exemestane is a permanent suicide inhibitor. Exemestane binds permanently to the aromatase enzyme, and therefore will almost never cause rebound. It is also more bone friendly, because one of its metabolites is an androgen. Estrogen is crucial for bone health, and Letrozole and Anastrozole are much more dangerous to bone density than Exemestane. Exemestane reduces estrogen by up to 70%. Exemestane’s androgen metabolite, 17-hydroxyexemestane, is what makes it more bone friendly.

GHRH analogs-Growth hormone releasing hormone analogs are peptides that act as a stimulus for your natural hgh production. They allow your pituitary to work at its natural limit to produce HGH. This is very high in relation to its normal production, but not when in puberty. In puberty, your GHRH is already sky high, and introducing these analogs is very cope. But they are needed in this context due to the exogenous HGH you are using, as they ensure your pituitary does not shut down and maintain production. A few include MK-677, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295 w/ DAC, and Hexarelin.

IGF-1 (specifically IGF-1 LR3)-

Melatonin-Melatonin is a common over the counter supplement that many normies purchase to increase their sleep quality and decrease sleep onset. As we discussed, sleep is extremely important in heightmaxxing, but melatonin also has other mechanisms of action that make it very beneficial for increasing height.

From GPT: “Melatonin profoundly influences the secretion of growth hormone (GH) in men through neuroendocrine pathways. Acute melatonin supplementation has been shown to increase GH release, both by raising basal GH levels and by amplifying GH pulses. For example, a 10 mg oral dose of melatonin approximately doubled the GH surge induced by growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) in young men.”
The study linked was a pubmed study. Essentially, melatonin blocks somatostatin, the inhibitor of GH production. (study)

(study)

This is the most important sub-chapter in this guide. The following hormones are what are responsible for your adult height, and they must be manipulated as directed to achieve optimal results. Here they are;

  1. Human Growth Hormone
HGH is the most important hormone when it comes to growth. HGH primarily acts on your epiphyseal plates. These plates when open are made of cartilage, and HGH stimulates their growth.

(study)
