thinking of starting on hctz 25 mg once a week and potassium chloride 500 mg once a day. any possible side effects on health in long term?

I wouldn’t take hctz in the first place lol it raises blood pressure but potassium is a good supplement to try to mitigate heart/kidney effects.

Don’t think it will prevent shit tho. Long term hctz is kinda dumb, find another diuretic
