I would stop with accutane, and get some tret , ghkcu is fine tho ( not going to do sum crazy alone ) Dermaroller is kinda shit, stamp much better ( and its legit)

I've been doing tret and accutane together and been getting nice results, also using a multi serum with AHA and azelaic acid, but still don't see much of what i expected, i might consider fractioned laser.

serum wont do much tbh, stop w accutane ( if u hit the cumulative dose )
Makes your skin only thinner and PIE more visible
