Its a small molecule called 10β,17β-dihydroxyestra-1,4-dien-3-one or more rather known as DHED. It is a brain-selective bioprecursor prodrug of 17β-estradiol (E2). Unlike direct estrogen administration, DHED itself has negligible affinity for estrogen receptors and remains biologically inert in peripheral tissues. It is selectively converted to active 17β-estradiol only within the central nervous system by a brain-enriched enzyme (short-chain dehydrogenase/reductase, SDR). This creates localized estrogen signaling in the brain while maintaining very low circulating (systemic) E2 levels.

Yes, I am synthesizing some right now. I will test it this month as I am running out of estrogen patches and will be suffering hot flashes. Also, I will be getting my blood drawn to make sure it's safe. You cannot buy this from anywhere to my knowledge, and so it must be produced at home or bought by someone who privately produces it. Are you not concerned about your bone strength after blocking estrogen? Mixing raloxifene with heightened androgenic hormones might reduce some of the feminizing effects of raloxifene. Your racism is edgelord cringe.

After some analytical testing later today, I am compounding a 7 year supply. I will have more pills than I will know what to do with. Thankfully, oxidized products like DHED tend to be even more shelf stable than their derivatives and it's entirely unregulated.

This post just happened to be on the day that I was doing this. The process I use is somewhat annoying as it makes a lot of brown sludge and I have spent a good part of my day just dealing with it.

DHED is not hard to make just cleanup involves the possibility of small amounts of chlorine gas. I just did this on my porch.

I made the account to post this. I'm not a looksmaxxer, but we buy from many of the same sources and do a lot of similar things. The theoretical nonbinary use for DHED is to supplement for the weak CNS effects of raloxifene hence why I mentioned low dose SERMs as a possible replacement to the low doses of estrogen produced by testosterone metabolism. To my knowledge, I'm the only person who actually owns DHED and intends to use it regularly. The product is very pure and well behaved.
