just let puberty do its work, do some softmaxxes, and when your older you can think of hoping on roids or get some surgery. But do a lot of research before you do anything stupid. Your not bad looking and you are still young, just have good habits and dont stress to much about this. I cannot really help you with deeper roids/surgery knowledge, but there are plenty of people here who know a lot about this shit and can really help you. But most importantly DYOR
