HAIRLOSS PREVENTION
DHT: DHT is one of the main drivers of hair loss for most men especially those on AAS, it miniaturizes the hair follicles and eventually kills them. The hair slowly starts thinning and then the hair follicle itself dies. DHT is important during puberty but after it can be the main driver of hair loss and even collagen loss as well.

Hairstyles: Some hairstyles can be harsh on the hairline like ponytails with a lot of tension and cornrows with no taper. It is necessary to wear these hairstyles less often or with the right measures in place(taper). This is really a non-issue most guys aren't going to have their hair in a bun that's putting a lot of pressure on their hairline. For Black guys make sure to have a taper with your cornrows to prevent tension related hair loss.

Sun Damage: The sun doesn’t just harm your skin but also your hair with too much exposure, of course this is not that damaging compared to what it does to your skin/collagen but still another reason to minimize sun exposure.

METHODS
5-Alpha Reductase inhibitors: Finasteride and dutasteride are the best methods to prevent androgen/DHT related hair loss. Finasteride is inferior to dutasteride in every way as it inhibits more DHT with Dutasteride you can inhibit up to 95-99% of DHT. This will stop any ongoing hair loss but won’t grow back hair that has been lost. A small portion of men experience libido side effects on these drugs but if your Test is high you don't have to worry about this. Just take roids bro if you're not roiding wtf are you doing?

Growth Factors: Rosemary oil and Minoxidil has been proven to be effective at growing hair even after hair loss has started to occur. Minoxidil is far more powerful as a growth agent and is more expensive but worth it. Topical minoxidil is pretty useful for growing hair in specific spots but if you're on roids then oral is better(imo)

Ru58841: powerful topical anti-androgen that can fight off the effects of DHT on the scalp (works better when you make your own solution) apply every night before sleep with a bonnet and don’t apply after microneedling. just be consistent and you're really only need this when you're on things like Tren or you're really sensitive to hair loss. (if you need it, I will make a guide on how to make your own solution)

Microneedling: Controlled damage to the skin that brings blood flow to the area and upregulates hair growth and collagen production. (derma stamp and derma pen mogs derma rollers) how deep you go depends on how bad your hair loss is. if you don't have hair loss then just .5mm is fine for prevention 2x weekly. Don't use Ru58841 after you just microneedled bro.

Red Light therapy: Don't know too much about this, I'll make a dedicated guide when I have more knowledge, but a lot of people use red light therapy hats to fight against hair loss.

Stem cells: again, I need more knowledge to make a good guide with this and it's expensive asf, just make sure you don't get to this point bro.

example: 2.5MG of DUT (high dose ik) and 2.5MG of Oral Minoxidil (work up to this cuz it can lower bp), RU on scalp or androgen sensitive areas with bonnet so it doesn't get on your pillow, Microneedling .5 every 3 days or whenever it heals with rosemary oil before and after. 30 mins of Red light therapy ED(not necessary at all)

This is even more important if you are on roids and hair is life man. This was my first guide so please let me know what i can do better:dicapriocheers:

not buy very much tho, having a growth factor like oral minoxidil or even rosemary and castor oil should be fine. i'd wear a hat tho, just make sure to let your hair breathe every couple hours
