Im wondering what's the ideal "work out" routine for a gymcel arc, i see alot of terms thrown around within the LM community regarding the gym, non of which make sense. To anyone who says "Muh just look it up" fuck no, you gym fags are the most disagreeable people ever. I've never seen 80%+ people agree on a statement made by another gymbro. Road to gymcel would be interesting, so what's meta?
PEDs and such are irrelevant for this question.
Feed back appreciated.

Solution
optimal
not fun tho
gymceling is not supposed to be fun, get in get out make gains. dont be the nigger that your lives is all about the gym
This might get solution. Can you elaborate?
internally rotated pec dec
frontal plane shoulder press
45 degree row
frontal plane lat pulldown
any descending biceps curl
any descending triceps extension
seated leg curl
leg extension
straight leg calf raise
cable crunch

1-2x sets per exercise, repeat 3x a week

hit ppl legs for more than a half year and then switch too a low volume split.
the reason to why ur changing splits are:
ur body adapts to the same routine, so changing splits keeps progress going.
different splits balance workload and rest for muscles.
variation reduces injuries

the low-volume split consists of two types of plans
low volume split 1:

monday: rest
tuesday: chest and arms
wednsesday: legs
thursday: back and shoulders
friday: rest
saturday: arms
sunday: legs

low volume split 2:

monday: rest
tuesday upper/chest and arms
wednesday: legs
thursday:rest
friday: upper/back and shoulders
saturday: legs
sunday: arms

have 3 months with low volume split 1 and another 3 months with low volume split 2 and ur good
The exercises I recommend are:
Triceps:
Jm press
Overhead straight bar extensions
Tricep pushdows

Biceps:
Preacher curls
Bayesian curls
Rope hammer curls

chest:
Chest press
Incline smith machine
Peck fly

shoulder:
Shoulder press
Cable lateral raises
Cable delts/peck delts

back:
Wide grip lat pulldown
Close grip rows
Chest supported rows

i just spended my life writing this so if u dont mark this as a solution ill rape the shit out of u
