Massai Jumping

What is massai jumping?
Massai jumping is the process in which you jump continously back to back in the hope of creating microfactures in your bones

Following this logic doing massai jumps will create microfactures in your tibia and fibia

Wolffs Law
Wolffs law is the principle that bones adapt to the mechanical tension placed upon it this means that the bone will remodel itself over time to adapt to the mechanical tension in this example jumping creates the mechanical tension needed for the bone to adapt

Osteogenisis
Osteogenisis is the bone formation from enzymes in the body to repair damage and/or in puberty for forward growth. The osteogenisis is not caused by massai jumps this is why you need to be taking gh or igf1 while massai jumping as it will greatly increase osteogenisis this will greatly increase your height as the tibia and fibia are greater in length and are stronger

Thumbpulling
Thumbpulling is the act of pulling/pushing against your palate for expansion or the palate again slightly based on wolffs law

Palatal Expansion
This is where the palate expands laterally for a narrow maxilla mainly common in orthodontics this is where the basis of thumpulling science comes in

The Maxilla
This is why thumpulling is effective as it connects to the maxilla a bone that determines your attractiveness. A narrow maxilla causes horse faces and ugly downgrown fags , almost all models have a wide maxillanwhifhbis why we want this effect
