In his first five posts, I got the impression that this guy was a spammer, and I was on the verge of banning him, but I wasn't sure.
good that this is confirmed by this post.

He says he is Hide, and based on his application form and demeanor, I do suspect that.
Given that this is repugnant behavior, this will be looked into, and Hide may soon be expelled for treason.
Arima is the only other person this guy could be, but I'm leaning toward Hide.

There won't be any penalties if you admit that the account belongs to you and help me with my small investigation.

However, if you deny it now, and my investigation later reveals that the account does, in fact, belong to you… then I’m afraid the outcome will be considerably less pleasant. A ban, swift and absolute without needing to dig further and linking other spam accounts to you.
