So ever since the start of the year i was 5'7 1 centimeter off of 5'8 now im 5'9 and 3/4 or 8-9 centimeters, i look skinnier and i need to eat alot more to maintain its fucking annoying and my physqie is slowly turning into shit bec im simply just not getting hungry enough to eat even at maintenance
