How are you able to get onen

go to A&E,
Say "fuck m-my wrist hurts I fell off a ladder",
They will go "ok wait here",
Three hours later, they will ask for your name address etc,
Then finally they will come to see you maybe 5 hours later.
You will be in a room with a guy who hates his job and doesn't want to be here, you MUST make small talk with him and try make him laugh.
Finally after your hopefully successful small talk, take a picture of the x-ray.
