Genuinely how did barrett make his esr increase by 0.2% (8 Viewers)

In his older pictures his esr was legit 0.43 and even lower in some, but all his recent pics ever since 2023 his esr has changed to 0.45, and no this cant be purely bloating because even back when it was lower your could still see a visible zygo curve, he wasn’t fat, there’s no way a small bloat on a lean guy would cause that great of a change considering he still had hollows.

He had to have literally had some kind of reduction, like yeah he covers the sides of his head better with hair but even past that, getting more lean wouldn’t actually narrow the zygo bone.

So I’m puzzled as to what he did, because my head is wide asf too and it would improve my ratios greatly if it was just a few mm narrower.

Maybe his facelift did something? Cause when you stretch ur skin surely the canthus areas get pushed outward and make them look further apart
