Antihistamine (ZERTIC) 20mg- x1
MSM 4g -x1
L-Theanine 300mg- x1
Liposomal Vit C - 2000mg x1
Electrolytes & Minerals (Ekko Lyte) 4 Scoops - x1
Dandelion Root - x1 (With electrolytes)

LMK anything I can improve, if any sectors are lacking. I am seeing good progress for only 2 ish months on isotret, should be cleared up by 3.5

wtf is this? get rid of vaseline, it's xenoestrogenic, matter of fact, almost everything topical here is xenoestrogenic. Just use supplements, clean diet, ghk and accutane and you have perfect skin.

cleanser isn't really necessary unless you're putting on makeup or getting mud on your face, esp on accutane. Moisturizer is probably useful, ideally it'd be non-xenoestrogenic but it's up to you
