Hello, as you might know I am 16, and am very short. I had a genetic disorder called precocious puberty, where I hit puberty around age 6-8 (im not completely sure but I know before 9) and hit my growth spurt at 11, haven't grown since 13. I also want to note that i have proof from my doctor as an x ray was done that showed my growth plates were closed at 5 foot 5.75

So far I've been able to reach a maximum of 5 foot 7.75 in the morning decompressed, and 5 foot 10.5 in shoes. I do indeed feel normal-ish in height boosters, and its great compared to 5,5 but I would do anything to be very tall (as my family is all tall, i was SUPPOSED to be 6,3 but alas) (and my country is estonia the average here is around 6 foot or more)

So, this is my full plan to reach a proportional 6 foot 9. Yes, you heard that right. (6 foot 9 in shoes) Again, I am using myself as an experiment to show the very maximum of what is possible. I will make a youtube account /tiktok/instagram, etc. to document it all, as i dont have a huge will to live while being 5,5.

Goal pre surgery: 5 foot 8.75 morning after decompression at 20 from glucosamine and msm with massive decompression, 2 L water and salt. Growth hormone secretagogues, heel smashing, banded sleeping after microfractures, etc. Again so far ive gotten 2 inches hoping to get a max of 3 from starting.

First leg lengthening:
3.5 inches on femur - 6 foot 0.25 flat. Recovery for 6 to 12 months $15,000–$25,000 with external fixators. The healing time total is around 9 months (depending on how well i recover, I am healthy and young so hopefully it should be 6 months.) Use BPC 157 and TB 500 to recover well, with testosterone 240mg for muscle preservation, HMB, high protein, etc. then right to second surgery. Eat 3.0k cals a day (500 above maintenance because lack of movement but also to heal bones well and start the bulk)

3.25 inches on tibia - 6 foot 3.5 flat. Recovery for 9 to 12 months, $18,000 – $30,000 per tibia LON/external/mix. This is slightly more expensive because I want to be safer for my tibias. And while recovering I will start the LLS stack i have made in the bottom.

Now, at 6 foot 9.5 my proportions will look absolutely terrible, so, the biggest part of this whole thread, believe it or not, is not the height, it's about the proportions for the added height. My goal is a 50% percentile bone structure for 6 foot 9.5, so average but it won't stand out. I would like to have a 22 inch bidelt, 20 inch arms, 16 inch forearms, around 230lbs.

So, this is the LLS stack I will be using to morph my body from the bone structure of a 5 foot 7 man to 6 foot 9 man.

Romosozumab once a month for 12 months for suppressing sclerostin and Wnt activation
HGH 12 IU a day, with exogenous insulin and IGF 1 100mcg to spike it, denosumab (60 mg/6 months) post-Romosozumab for sustained anti-resorptive phase

PTrH analogs pulsatile release,

mega dosing calcium, k2, d3, collagen, and leucine for mTORC1 activation in osteoblasts. If you become too insulin resistant, the L-Leucine won't trigger the mTORC1 pathway effectively, and you'll just end up with systemic inflammation instead of bone growth.

Then, after around 2 years of taking these various

Bulk up from 160lbs to 230lbs aswell, massive caloric surplus, optimized blood work.

And of course good sleep, heavy resistance training for microfractures and wolfs law (i know but its not BS i can explain why) while using Denosumab post-Romo I will not be making microfractures because Denosumab shuts down osteoclasts so effectively that it can hinder the quality of the microfracture repair

High-dose Vitamin C (2g+) and Proline/Glycine are essential for the collagen matrix that the calcium will eventually bind to.

DHT analogs like tren 150 a week, proviron 50 before resistance training, topical DHB, testosterone 700mg a week all for androgenic expression. high-dose ARB (Angiotensin Receptor Blocker) like Telmisartan (40-80mg) because of tren use.

Then, after around 2 years of taking these various compounds, I should be healed, with a 40% higher bone density.
6 foot 3.2 after everything. walking around with normal air forces 6 foot 4.8 can larp 6,5 w/ hair. Then, for the fuck of the experiment, to make my dream, 6 inch height boosters for special occasions, 6 foot 9.2 claiming 6 foot 10. I want to experience the life of a 6 foot 10 person once in my life. Just feel it once after ascending to cl as well. Most of the time ill walk around 6,4 roughly without trying.

this ALL with livign stress free, fully beliving itll work, adn mega dosing IGF 1, HGH, certain PTH analogs, trying to be as seelctive as psosible to nto increase cancer risk, and monitering heart function aswell of course.

Romosozumab once a month, 12 months for suppressing sclerostin and Wnt activation

denosumab (60 mg/6 months) post-Romosozumab for sustained anti-resorptive phase

This plan will most likely be around 130-220K total from start to finish, and thats on the lower end, if i make enough money ill get hte premium versions of LLS in Europe instead of Turkey.

Total time of my life will be 5 years, so from 18 to 20 ill be mainly crippled and out, 20 onward ill be able to function bu it will be hard, 22 itll almost be the same ill be used to it, 23 onward i am fully recovered. At 6 foot 3.5 230lbs.

(This is first version of what i made so its a lil shit)
People talm about this and in a week the have forgotten everything and you will see them eating ultra processed food 😂
