Aight so i may have been awake for a couple days in a row and ak beggining the usual mild visions and background voices. Id just go to sleep but I got the first sesh with a therapisr in 4h so I cant. Im going because of manic/depressive episodea that last 7+ days btw for context. What do i do to seem normal/not schizo???
