What Is a Good Nose & How Does It Affect Looks
A good nose can make you look 10x better. Below are my own morphed before-and-after examples showing nose reduction:

We can see that a smaller nose makes you look younger and more attractive.
This is even more important from the front view.
1. Rhinoplasty (hardmax)
Rhinoplasty is one of the safest and most effective cosmetic surgeries.
It makes your nose smaller and can also improve breathing.
How does rhinoplasty work?
The surgeon shaves or reshapes parts of the bone and cartilage.
They can also graft cartilage or fat to the tip and reduce an overly long radix.

Different person. IMPORTANT: Do not cheap out on your surgeon. Always choose a high-quality one.
Best countries for Rhinoplasty:
- South Korea
- Turkey
- Mexico
Personally, I recommend Turkey, just make sure the surgeon is highly rated. Risks are minimal when done properly.
2. Hydrocortisone
Hydrocortisone is a corticosteroid used to reduce inflammation.
It can also shrink the appearance of the nose by thinning the skin and reducing swelling.
What to buy:
OTC Hydrocortisone 1%
Where to apply:
Apply to the tip of the nose using a fingertip.
Wash off after 30 minutes.

3. Accutane (Isotretinoin)
Often referred to as Accutane, this drug reduces inflammation and oil production, which can make the nose appear smaller.
Where to get it:
- Prescription from a doctor (unlikely if nose is your only goal)
- Buying it directly from the source
Dosage:
High dose: 0.5–1 mg per kg per day
~40 mg/day if you have severe (hormonal) acne
4. Nose Lift
Nose lifts are small plastic inserts placed inside the nostrils to make the nose appear more upturned.
They cost around $5 on Amazon/Temu and are an easy way to fraud.

Duration / Warning:
Be careful with prolonged use, as it can cause irritation or nosebleeds.
For nose-only purposes, low doses over a long period are usually recommended.
5. PDO Threads
What are PDO threads?
Absorbable sutures used in minimally invasive thread-lift procedures.
Price:
€800 – €2500 depending on clinic and location
Duration:
Around 18 months
