MORNING

Clindamycin Phosphate 1%
Cerave daily moisturizer
Azalaic acid 20%
Cerave daily moisturizer
Skin 1004 SPF 50 UVA UVB Pa++++ Sunscreen (this shit mogs got it in 2 days off tiktok shop jfl)
NIGHT
Cerave foaming cleanser
Cerave daily moisturizer
Tretinoin 0.05%
Cerave daily moisturizer
obvi gymcelling
doing PPL X ULU to maximize gains + oddly enough I enjoy working out and being in the gym (prolly cause I interact w evil foids yes WE look forward to ts)
after reaching the place i wanna be in i will resort to a healthy lifestyle hopefully slaying every weekend.

good luck bhai didn’t read most of this but relatively safe cycle. Notice a lot of ancillaries which most prob wouldn’t be necessary on just test n hgh. Don’t overdo the ancillaries just because of fear monger
, i’ve used it when i fell for the peptide propaganda, it’s shit. that and especially ghkcu. ur telling me u want no dht? dumbass. but good overall tho
